AdminiSource implements Xenos d2e Platform™ software

Healthcare, insurance and financial companies better serviced with Xenos software

TORONTO, Ontario, April 23, 2003 - Xenos (TSX: XNS), the data to e-content companyT, today announced that AdminiSource has implemented its d2e Platform software.

AdminiSource currently prints and mails statements for healthcare, insurance and financial companies in the United States. Insurance statements, payment coupons, utility bills, commission checks and correspondence are the primary documents that AdminiSource produces. AdminiSource sought to create and file electronic instead of paper copies of these printed statements for backup purposes. As well, AdminiSource wanted to provide on-line customer service assistance. AdminiSource chose Adobe PDF as the format for both of these applications. By using the Web to host the PDF documents, AdminiSource can better serve their customers while at the same time providing AdminiSource with an additional revenue stream.

The electronic document offering has been well received by AdminiSource clients.
