TORONTO, Ontario, December 8, 2003: Xenos Group Inc. (TSX: XNS), the data to e-content company™, today announced Management appointments to coincide with the Company's new marketing initiatives, corporate growth, and recent acquisitions.
Mr. William Kurtz has been appointed as Xenos' Vice President of Marketing and an officer of the company. Mr. Kurtz has served as a valuable member of the Xenos team since 2001, and most recently was Vice President of Sales. His approach was to partner with customers and deliver solutions that fit their requirements. Mr. Kurtz' detailed knowledge of Xenos markets and customers will carry forward into a customer-focused emphasis in the marketing area. He brought a disciplined and methodical approach to the Xenos sales team, resulting in quarterly and annual increases in sales revenues. Mr. Kurtz brings many years of experience to his new role, having held executive level sales and marketing positions. His prior positions include: Executive Vice President at Insci, an electronic archiving company, Director of e-Solutions Consulting at EDS, Director of Marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation and various sales and marketing management positions with IBM.

Xenos has budgeted a substantial increase for the marketing of its products and services. The marketing department will raise the awareness of Xenos products and services, initiate lead generation campaigns and develop materials and programs that demonstrate the value of its products.
The new versions of Xenos' flagship software platforms - infoWEB and d2e Vision - released in the last few quarters are being well received by the market. The acquisition of GoXML puts Xenos in the market for bridging incompatible proprietary applications to open standards, without the need to rewrite software or make changes to existing computer applications. Xenos is positioned for scalable growth in new horizontal, vertical and geographic markets. Xenos is leveraging its market opportunity by committing additional resources to its sales and marketing functions to drive broader market adoption and revenue growth.
Mr. Robert Kunihiro has been named Executive Vice President and CFO of Xenos. Mr. Kunihiro has served as the Vice President, Finance and CFO since joining the Company in March 2000.
Since joining Xenos in 2000, Mr. Kunihiro has been the key architect in reengineering the Company's business model and helped orchestrate a dramatic financial turnaround from substantial losses to profitability. To the end of fiscal 2003, Xenos has now recorded six consecutive quarters of positive earnings.
