Xenos Releases d2e Vision™ Version 1.1

Next generation software extends web presentment capability for e-business

TORONTO, Ontario, December 9, 2003: Xenos Group Inc. (TSX: XNS), the data to e-content company™, today announced the release of version 1.1 of d2e Vision, its next-generation product line.

Based on customer requirements for flexible archiving, content management and dynamic e-business Web document presentment solutions with data extraction, document separation, transformation and repurposing capabilities, Xenos d2e Vision v1.1 now supports the generation of AFP output and image formats such as PNG. These enhancements are in addition to PDF and TIFF output and numerous innovative component features enabled by the proprietary Xenos Field Technology™ in d2e Vision v1.0.

Xenos d2e Vision's proven design for highly scalable performance can process millions of pages hourly with its support for multi-threading, resource caching and streaming input/output.

Written in Java, the d2e Vision component architecture is extensible and has a powerful application programming interface for flexible integration in Java environments. Rapid application development with d2e Vision Developer Studio enables higher productivity and faster return on investment. It features a graphical interface for complex font mapping with complete multi-language support, including full double-byte language capability for the Asian market. d2e Vision v1.1 is available on Windows NT/2000/XP, AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris and IBM z/OS (under Unix Systems Services).
