Xenos d2e Vision™ Enables Report Management Solution for Luxembourg's Largest Bank

Content Management Integration at BCEE (Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat du Luxembourg) Streamlines Document Distribution

TORONTO, Ontario, May 17, 2005 - Xenos Group, Inc. (TSX: XNS), the Data to e-Content Company™, announced today that BCEE (Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat du Luxembourg), the leading bank in Luxembourg selected Xenos d2e Vision to provide document transformation and indexing as part of the bank's report management solution. The announcement coincides with the opening of the 2005 Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) Conference & Exposition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where Xenos is presenting the industry's "best kept secret" of high volume performance and integration with leading content management solutions.

BCEE is known worldwide for its excellent financial results as well as the highest ratings in Luxembourg's financial services industry. The new report management solution at the bank enables agents to have secure electronic access to documents in PDF format originally produced by high volume print stream legacy applications. Through its powerful API, Xenos d2e Vision will be integrated with a content management solution from Documentum to replace a system from EiStream (now Global360).
