Dexia BIL, one of Luxembourg's Largest Banks, has decided to deploy the Xenos d2e Vision™ solution

In an innovative move, Luxembourg-based Dexia Banque Internationale is providing its partners with a new report management system based on Xenos d2e Vision and Documentum software

TORONTO, Ontario, September 21, 2005 - Xenos Group, Inc. (TSX: XNS), the Data to e-Content Company™, today announced that that Dexia BIL has decided to deploy the Xenos d2e Vision™ solution. Dexia BIL is a member of a genuinely European banking group by virtue of its management structure and areas of activity. Listed on the Brussels, Paris and Luxembourg stock exchanges, Dexia is ranked in the top one-third of Euronext 100 companies and is among Europe's top banking groups specializing in public finance, private banking and asset management.

Dexia BIL plans to deploy Xenos d2e Vision document transformation and indexing software as part of a report management solution developed in collaboration with IRIS, a European consulting and process engineering firm that specializes in document integration solutions. Thanks to its powerful API, d2e Vision will be able to interface with the Documentum content management platform and in so doing will ultimately replace the EiStream COLD solution (known today as Global 360). The new system will provide Dexia BIL staff with secure electronic access to PDF documents originally generated in IBM EBCDIC and AFP formats.

"We feel that Xenos, Documentum and IRIS are the ideal technology partners for us. The deliverables provided by Xenos and our decision to adopt d2e Vision fully meet our quality and performance needs," noted Dexia BIL IT Document Manager Frédéric Martin.
