New York's Tioga County Implements Xenos infoWEB™ to Automate Paper- Based Processes and Cut Operational Costs

Xenos Solution Extends Functionality of Existing Applications by Enabling eForms, Workflows, and Electronic Report Distribution

TORONTO, Ontario, December 20, 2005 - Xenos Group, Inc. (TSX: XNS), a leading provider of solutions that automate the processing and delivery of data and documents, today announced that New York's Tioga County has completed implementation of infoWEB, an enterprise class report and document management solution. Tioga County will rely on infoWEB to automate the processing of purchase orders and a wide variety of other eforms, and to electronically distribute internal reports.

As a result, the county will virtually eliminate the costs previously associated with report distribution, storage, and retrieval, while adding unprecedented access, security and auditability. The solution tailors report content based on the specific needs of the end-user and their authorization level, and allows the recipient to choose from a variety of electronic delivery channels.
