TSI Terminal Systems Inc. Selects Xenos terminalONE™ to Integrate With Its New Container Management System

Xenos' EDI Solution Gives TSI the Strategic Flexibility to Grow its Business and Better Serve Existing Customers.

TORONTO, Ontario, February 27, 2006 - Xenos Group, Inc. (TSX: XNS), a leading provider of solutions that automate the processing and delivery of data and documents, today announced that TSI Terminal Systems Inc. has selected the Xenos EDI terminalONE solution to integrate with their new container management system to improve the movement of containers at two of the largest container terminals at the Port of Vancouver. Xenos terminalONE is a key element in an information supply chain that links multiple trading partners to TSI.

"The Xenos terminalONE solution will integrate with the Navis terminal operating system that is planned for implementation Q4, this year," said Peter Miedema, Vice President of IT at TSI. "The Xenos Navis solution is strategic for us. It will let us grow our business without requiring our trading partners to adapt completely to Navis internal standards. This openness gives us the independence we need and shelters our trading partners from many of the changes that come with migrating to a new system. Xenos has already given us superb service and we are relying on them as a strategic partner."

Xenos terminalONE allows TSI to map each trading partner's EDI record formats into standard EDI formats used by Navis. This is done with the Xenos terminalONE GUI that supports simple drag and drop mapping between fields as well as complex rules-based and algorithm mappings. This solution minimizes the changes to TSI's trading partner's applications required with the introduction of a new system and reduces TSI's customizations to the Navis application.

With the user friendly interface to the Xenos terminalONE solution, TSI can react to changing business conditions independently or use Xenos Professional Services at its discretion. This gives TSI the strategic flexibility they were seeking in such a solution.

"Many container terminal facilities world-wide are struggling with the challenges of handling different EDI environments," said Patrick Smith, Director of Product Line Management at Xenos. "The Xenos terminalONE solution chosen by TSI meets these challenges by accepting any customer EDI format and automatically transforming it into the standard formats used within the container terminal company's applications. The Xenos solution integrates with existing applications, requiring no changes to them, which means rapid implementation for immediate benefits. This allows container terminal companies to expand their business without being constrained by technical and performance limitations."
