Xenos Data Transform SME™ Software Launched
New Product Meets Demands Of Small and Medium Enterprises That Increasingly
Need To Manage Incompatible Data Formats
United Kingdom, February 28, 2007 —Xenos Group Inc. (TSX: XNS), today announced the availability of Xenos Data Transform SME™ software—an easy-to-use data transformation product designed for small or medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that need to transfer large volumes of information between applications or business partners that operate using different data formats.
“Xenos Data Transform SME comes equipped with support for many industry-standard formats. Using its drag-and-drop Designer Studio interface, non-technical staff can easily configure the product and instantly transform the data—replacing the need to commission external IT experts,” explains Jeff Mills, Managing Director at Xenos Europe Ltd.
A UK-based new media agency that conducts Google Adwords campaigns for its clients recently required a solution that could transform XML-formatted data files to the popular CSV format many agencies require for further statistical analysis. They rapidly implemented Xenos Data Transform SME and transformed a 1GB XML file into a single CSV file in 180 seconds.
In another recent implementation, a medium-sized insurance organisation used Xenos Data Transform SME to automatically populate XML-formatted information captured from online submission pages into PDF Documents for customer communication. The Xenos software automatically parses the PDF Form Fields and displays the field labels in the Designer Studio window enabling a very rapid data mapping process.
