Xenos Introduces Best Practices in ECM Systems Consolidation Through Document Migration At AIIM Roadshow 2007
Managing Director Jeff Mills To Present ‘ECM At Work’ Case Studies At Manchester (1st May) and Reading (3rd May) Shows

(TSX: XNS), today announced that Managing Director Xenos Europe, Jeff Mills, will be addressing delegates attending the Manchester (1st May) and Reading (3rd May) venues of the AIIM Roadshow 2007. At the AIIM Solutions Theatre on both dates, Mills will discuss case studies of how organisations have reduced cost, streamlined operations, improved online information access and simplified regulatory compliance by consolidating disparate Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems using best practices for document migration, based on the Xenos DETAIL™ methodology.Xenos will be exhibiting throughout the AIIM Roadshow, which starts in Edinburgh on 30th April 2007 and ends in London on 4th May 2007. Mills comments, “The ECM At Work case studies will look at how organisations who have applied best practices have saved money by consolidating existing – and seemingly incompatible – ECM systems instead of completely re-engineering the IT framework, enabling this information to be shared both internally and externally. They will also tackle the ever-debated issue of the paperless office and how organisations can reduce paper volumes by presenting documents such as customer statements electronically, over a secure connection.”
