Xenos Joins The Speaker Line-Up For FileNet/IBM ECM User Conference, 22nd – 25th May 2007

Managing Director EMEA Jeff Mills To Host ECM ‘Breakout Session’ For FileNet/IBM Customers

United Kingdom, 1st May 2007 —Xenos Group Inc. (TSX: XNS), today announced that Managing Director EMEA, Jeff Mills, will be holding a 45-minute Breakout Session at this year’s FileNet/IBM ECM User Conference in Rome. The session will demonstrate how users of FileNet software can reduce cost, streamline operations, improve information access and simplify regulatory compliance, by utilising ECM systems consolidation through document migration.

The presentation, aimed at FileNet/IBM customers using FileNet Report Manager, Image Services or P8 and IBM Content Manager OnDemand, will outline Xenos’ own DETAIL™ methodology for effective best practice ECM consolidation. In addition, Mills will offer examples of how existing customers have consolidated multiple incompatible print streams in major formats and image repositories into IBM and FileNet ECM systems.

“Numerous, disparate ECMs across a business are often a departmental symptom, where the Finance, Sales, Operations and HR teams have all purchased one or more at different times,” says Mills. “Many businesses are surprised at how beneficial the consolidation of all its ECM systems can be, from training all existing and new employees on one, unified system to only incurring maintenance costs for one set of hardware. In addition there is the ability to reduce print and associated costs through real-time document retrieval and transformation, into any major format, for viewing in another, such as online on an intranet.”

Xenos, which is an IBM FileNet ISV Technology Partner, will also be exhibiting its range of document and data management solutions at kiosk 36 throughout the conference. Its d2e™ Transform software consolidates and integrates disparate ECM systems enabling IBM FileNet users to store and present documents (such as customer statements) online, index, normalise, transform and load major print stream formats as well as retrieve, transform and repurpose major document formats (including the recent addition of PDF/A archiving format).

The FileNet/IBM ECM User Conference takes place from 22nd to 25th May 2007 at the Marriott Park Hotel in Rome, Italy. For further information about the conference or to attend, please visit http://www.filenet.com/campaigns/emeausernet/index.html.
