Membership in industry associations is critical to maintaining our leading edge in data and document management. We belong to selected associations focused on print and electronic document technologies and e-business solutions as well as associations for specific verticals.
Xenos is a trade member of AIIM and of AIIM UK. AIIM is the community that provides education, research, and best practices to help organizations find, control, and optimize their information. For over 60 years, AIIM has been the leading non-profit organization focused on helping users to understand the challenges associated with managing documents, content, records, and business processes. AIIM was founded in 1943 as the National Microfilm Association and later became the Association for Information and Image Management.
Today, AIIM is international in scope, independent, and implementation-focused. As the industry's intermediary, AIIM represents the entire industry - including users, suppliers, and the channel.

The Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) is the voice of the Canadian information and communications technologies (ICT) industry in all sectors including telecommunications and Internet services, ICT consulting services, hardware, microelectronics, software and electronic content. ITAC's network of companies accounts for more than 70 per cent of the 579,000 jobs, $137.6 billion in revenue, $5.2 billion in R&D investment, $22.6 billion in exports and $11.5 billion in capital expenditures that the industry contributes annually to the Canadian economy.
Xenos is an associate member of PISCES (Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard), a non-profit, international e-commerce standard which is revolutionizing information sharing within the real estate industry. Enables the electronic transfer of information directly from one system into another, removes the need to send hard copy and more importantly, the need to re-enter data manually. The PISCES standard is a set of definitions and rules that facilitates the automatic transfer of data between different software packages. It has been industry standard for over 9 years to date for property information systems.
