Membership in industry associations is critical to maintaining our leading edge in data and document management. We belong to selected associations focused on print and electronic document technologies and e-business solutions as well as associations for specific verticals.

Xenos is a trade member of AIIM (The UK Association for Information and Image Management Standards Committee) and is the international authority on Enterprise Content Management (ECM). AIIM represent users and suppliers of the tools that capture, store, manage, preserve and deliver content in support of business processes. Tools include information capture, document management, scanning and imaging, workflow, BPM, records management, web content management, e-mail management, data storage and archiving.

These technologies allow organisations to cut costs and improve customer service. They enable the vital links between people, processes and projects in a way that empowers organisations to more effectively realise the value in their information assets. AIIM activities include industry representation, user education, collaborative marketing, industry events, market research and standards making.

The Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) is the voice of the Canadian information and communications technologies (ICT) industry in all sectors including telecommunications and Internet services, ICT consulting services, hardware, microelectronics, software and electronic content. ITAC's network of companies accounts for more than 70 per cent of the 579,000 jobs, $137.6 billion in revenue, $5.2 billion in R&D investment, $22.6 billion in exports and $11.5 billion in capital expenditures that the industry contributes annually to the Canadian economy.

Xenos is an associate member of PISCES (Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard), a non-profit, international e-commerce standard which is revolutionizing information sharing within the real estate industry. Enables the electronic transfer of information directly from one system into another, removes the need to send hard copy and more importantly, the need to re-enter data manually. The PISCES standard is a set of definitions and rules that facilitates the automatic transfer of data between different software packages. It has been industry standard for over 9 years to date for property information systems.

Xenos is a member of the PDF/A Competence Center, a co-operation between numerous world-leading companies and experts in PDF technology. The aim of the PDF/A Competence Center is to promote the exchange of information and experience in the area of long-term archiving in accordance with ISO 19005: PDF/A, an ISO Standard for using PDF format for the long-term archiving of electronic documents.
