Training Policy
- All classes must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance with the Xenos Training Department. Class dates are subject to availability.
- Payment arrangements must be made or Purchase Order received before class dates can be confirmed. This may be through the original purchase contract or a Professional Services Statement of Work.
- All students should be registered (by name) in advance for the classes. This allows us to have appropriate class materials available for each student. Confirmation will be made by e-mail or phone the week before the class is scheduled, or earlier if possible.
- Each student will receive hands-on instruction on individual computers. All class materials will be provided in PDF format. We ask that you consider the environment if you decide to make printed copies. Paper manuals are available from Xenos for an additional cost.
- Session examinations and completion certificates are available on request.
- Standard class prices are based on having up to 6 students per class. Extra charges may be incurred for additional students. Maximum number of students at the Xenos Training Lab is 6. For customer site training of over 6 people, multiple instructors may be sent.
- Classes can be provided at customer site but require a training facility that provides one computer per student with sufficient free disk space for installing the products and sample files.
- For on-site training, instructor travel expenses are charged at cost, including travel days.
Additional days of customized training using the customer's own files can be scheduled at our standard daily training rate. - Courses are copyrighted by Xenos. All rights are reserved. No training class or material may be reproduced in any form (electronic, mechanical, photocopy, video or audio recording, etc.) without written permission from Xenos.
