Challenge: Converting Web Content to Print

Many of the customer's systems are creating large volumes of document content in PDF format. These systems however need printing and mailing services which the customer could not provide as the format did not meet their print shop's high speed AFP printing and mail insert requirements.

Solution: Xenos Consulting provided the best approach on combining the documents into a single print stream, transform to AFP and apply the mail insertion rules.

Results: The customer was able to utilize their existing print shop infrastructure for handling large volumes of PDF documents for high speed printing and mailing.

A direct marketing services company provides personalized, one-to-one marketing campaigns on behalf of their customers. These campaigns can be regular, repetitive direct mail to target markets or "one-time drops" of mailings to entice a target market to action. Their current paper based methodology for allowing their customers to proof their documents is expensive and time consuming.

Solution: Our client engaged Xenos Consulting to re-engineer their current paper based document process for proofing documents.

Results: Xenos Consulting was able to re-engineer their current document process to provide a more cost effective and efficient process that allowed their end customers to review, approve or reject proofs immediately so their marketing campaigns can generate revenue sooner. The process was also more cost effective, eliminating thousands of dollars in re-runs.
