Xenos Enterprise Server™

Intel Certification Logo SpikeSource “C-level executives are now recognizing the business drivers for managing information as a strategic asset to improve operational efficiency, promote transparency and enable business insight. Without an Enterprise Information Architecture (EIA), information will continue to add cost (increased demands for storage), complexity (silos), and risk (compliance etc). Proper alignment into a unified information infrastructure can resolve many of the challenges.”
—Debra Logan, VP Distinguished Analyst at Gartner

Today’s Business Challenges

Xenos Enterprise Server delivers a range of business solutions that address the load, retrieval, migration and storage of high-volume, customer-facing print stream documents and images.

By implementing Xenos ES, our customers have been able to:

Slash Document Storage Costs

Xenos DSR™- Document Storage Reduction Solution for ECM - has produced astounding savings of up to 90% in overall storage footprint and ePresentment performance when applied to high-volume document output. It intelligently separates and stores duplicate print and composition resources from the unique transactional content found within high-volume document batches of AFP, PDF and Xerox Metacode.

Load High Volume Content into ECM systems

The Xenos Loader™ for IBM® FileNet P8 addresses all of the challenges associated with high volume document handling. It enables your organization to automatically load print stream and image content such as statements, invoices, bills, policies, check images and customer correspondence directly into FileNet P8, together with their associated document properties (indexes and metadata). Although the Xenos Loader for IBM FileNet P8 is uniquely differentiated by its ability to handle high-volume print and image formats, it also handles all other formats including, but not limited to: Microsoft Workstation documents; rich media file types; and structured data formats such as XML and CSV.

Extract, Migrate and Consolidate Content

Many organizations who own Enterprise Report Management (ERM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) document and image archives are looking to consolidate or migrate documents and images to fewer or one system to streamline operations, reduce costs, improve information access, and simplify compliance.

Through Xenos’ six systematic steps – Discovery, Extraction, Transformation, Auditing, Indexing and Loading (DETAIL™) – organizations can add value to documents while migrating them into a single system quickly and efficiently. Using the Xenos DETAIL methodology, we have performed document migrations from Mobius infoPAC, View Direct, and View Direct for Nets, CA SAR and others including Documatrix, Global 360 and IBM Content Manager OnDemand.

Deliver Documents Online and Enhance Online ePresentment Performance

Today customers, partners and internal stakeholders demand web access to accurate, timely, and pertinent business information. Driven by competitive pressure to continually improve the customer experience, organizations are moving rapidly to an online, self service model of customer interaction. The ability to promote seamless online information availability and react promptly to in-person or telephone customer service requests not only provides a marked competitive advantage, but can dramatically reduce operational costs. Xenos ePresentment™ for IBM® Content Manager OnDemand bridges the gap between your documents and your customers.

Personalize Communications and Transpromo Documents

Xenos Enterprise Server enables the creation and delivery of highly effective personalized business communications in transpromo documents such as 1:1 customer correspondence, statements, policies, and financial reports, using customer-preferred formats and channels, including e-mail, Web presentment and print. This improves the customer experience, builds strong client and partner relations, increases loyalty and retention, drives new customer acquisition, improves productivity, reduces costs, and speeds time to revenue.

Enterprises today are often faced with multiple content platforms and repositories without a unifying strategy or technology to make the data actionable. They need the ability to quickly and easily access and repurpose information and make it available through self-service channels."
- Kenneth Chin, Gartner Research Vice President
